A Beautiful Read
This is such a beautiful story about acceptance and how some people may look different but it is what is inside that counts. It is a book that I cannot wait to share with my neice because I know that she will love how colourful it is – including all of the beautiful artwork inside! I was honestly touched by this lovely little book and think it is one that a lot of children will really enjoy reading and will hopefully take a lot of empathy away from it too.
As well as a book full of beautiful images and a fantastic message, the story is also easy to read and flows really easily. I think it would be perfect for those just starting to learn to read as well as a book to be read to children – that way you can then have a conversation about the themes in the book too.
This one is one that I very much enjoyed and think many should have a look at!
